1Business Coaching

For founders and business owners who want to step back from the day-to-day and think more strategically about their business.

We will work on business growth, priorities, decision-making, leadership challenges, team effectiveness, partnerships, uncertainty and the transition from running everything yourself to leading a growing organisation.

You might be asking yourself...

“My business is growing, but I'm still involved in everything. How do I step back without losing control?”
“I have several possible directions for the business, but I'm struggling to decide where to focus.”
“The business has reached a new stage, and the way I used to lead it no longer works. What needs to change?”
“The business isn't performing the way it used to, and I'm not sure what needs to change — the strategy, the team, or the way I'm leading it.”
“I've tried different things, but the results aren't improving. How do I step back, rethink my assumptions and decide what to do next?”
“I'm facing difficult decisions that could significantly affect the business and my people, and I have no one I can really think them through with.”
“Running this business is taking more from me than I expected. Do I still want to keep building it — and if so, on what terms?”

2Leadership Coaching

For executives, senior leaders and business owners who want to strengthen how they lead.

We can explore your leadership style, influence, communication, delegation, difficult conversations, stakeholder relationships, team dynamics and the challenges that come with greater responsibility.

You might be asking yourself...

“I've stepped into a bigger leadership role. How do I build credibility and lead at this new level?”
“I need to have difficult conversations and make unpopular decisions without damaging trust.”
“I'm good at delivering results, but I want to become a leader who creates impact through others — not by doing everything myself.”
“I constantly question whether I'm good enough for the level I've reached — even though everyone around me seems to think I am.”
“I feel responsible for everything and everyone. How do I stop carrying the whole team on my shoulders?”
“I've become the leader I thought I wanted to be, but I don't always recognise myself in how I lead. What kind of leader do I actually want to be?”

3Career Coaching

For experienced professionals and executives navigating an important career decision or transition.

Whether you're considering your next role, stepping into a bigger position, questioning your current direction or thinking about a significant change, coaching helps you gain clarity and make decisions aligned with what you actually want.

You might be asking yourself...

“I'm successful in my career, but I'm no longer sure this is what I want. What's next?”
“I'm ready for a bigger role, but I'm not sure what is holding me back from reaching the next level.”
“I'm considering a major career change, but I don't want to make an impulsive decision or lose what I've already built.”

For me, coaching is about inner freedom, transformation and choice. It is about challenging the way you see your reality, opening up new possibilities and making choices that move you towards the results you want — and ultimately, towards the life you want to live.

It doesn't really matter what specific challenge brings you to coaching. What matters is having something meaningful you want to explore and a reasonably clear understanding of what you would like to work on and what you want to achieve.

I believe that goals are not simply achievable or unachievable. Some goals are genuinely yours, while others may not be. The important part is recognising the difference and setting priorities that are right for you. And just as there are no impossible goals, there are rarely problems without a way forward. The answer may already be there — sometimes you simply need to see it.

This is what we will work on together:

— defining what you truly want to achieve
— challenging the assumptions and perspectives shaping your reality
— turning clarity into a concrete plan of action
— identifying and mobilising the internal resources you need to move forward

Coaching is about expanding our inner range of choice and activating our internal resources.

Exploring the processes of the brain's visual-logical system and our capacity for integration opens up a broad field for solution-focused coaching.

We begin to see possibilities far beyond our old beliefs about personal limitations and the perceived scarcity of choice.

As a result, existing stress and tension decrease, our capacity for decision-making increases, and we develop greater flexibility — allowing us to see more possibilities and make choices.

There are people who “want to want,” those who “want to do,” and those who are already “doing.”

I particularly enjoy working with the latter two — people who are ready not only to talk about change, but to explore possibilities, make decisions, and take action.

My role is not to lead you towards your goal, but to bring greater clarity to the space between “where I am now” and “where I want to be” — helping you find your own path and move along it faster, with greater ease and effectiveness, while maintaining the motivation and inner drive to keep moving forward.
